Team Believe will take you “FROM THE COUCH TO THE FINISH LINE” Coach Chrissy has completed over 25 marathons and coached hundreds of all shapes, sizes and ages to finish lines. After learning how to race walk from 2 time US Olympian Tim Seaman, Chrissy teaches proper race walk form, and educates teammates in every facet of endurance training including injury prevention, cross training and nutrition.  Believe you can be the best you can be!
